Lab Liaison Support and Testing Preparation

Support for managing certification lab communication and preparing for IEC, UL, CSA, and EU testing.
No design review and no documentation preparation beyond what is required for the lab.

Scope

• Coordinate with Nationally Recognized Testing Labs (NRTLs) regarding scope, required samples, and testing programs.
• Validate that the lab’s proposed test program matches the applicable standards and certification route (as defined by the client).
• Prepare test readiness documentation packages, including required evidence, labeling, component certificates, and traceability files.
• Translate lab technical queries into clear compliance requirements for the client.
• Track lab communications, decisions, and required actions.
• Advise on expected construction and marking checks during the certification process.
